Spero Dei meets “IN-PERSON” every Sunday at 9:00am and 10:45 am at our Sylvan Park location in Nashville. The full Kid’s programs is only available at our 9:00a service and not our 10:45a service. The Student program meets between services at 10:00am.

The Iconoclast Podcast
Rev. David Moses Perez launches his new podcast the Iconoclast Podcast (watch the trailer). It will feature conversations with thought-leaders, influencers, theologians, artists, and academics, who desire a higher and deeper exchange about iconoclastic ideas of life, meaning, faith, spirituality, and humanness. Even though the podcast hasn’t officially launched, you can still go to the YouTube channel and see some of the line-up. Be sure to subscribe too.

Who is Spero Dei? (est. 2018)
Spero Dei is a more progressive Christian church. We are a collective of individuals on a journey, walking with each other without judgment and creating a safe place to ask questions without fear. Centered on the person of Christ, we trust more in our relationship with God than in a list of prescribed beliefs – meaning more acceptance and more flexibility than rigidity. We integrate body, mind, heart, and soul to build a holistic view of spirituality. We are a place where mystery, experience, and thinking enhance each other and deepen our understanding of God and world. We are committed to helping you become spiritually whole, not just biblically behaved. For us, this looks like self-awareness, love, growth, acceptance and connection – rooted in compassion and thriving in intimate community. We are a new kind of church where mystery meets thought, where faith means freedom to be yourself, and where your story finds a home.

Parking at Spero Dei
On the Street
Close street parking is available up and down Park Ave, 37th Street, and Elkins Street.
At the School
There is plenty of parking next door, at Park Avenue Elementary School. They have two parking lots. One off of Park Ave (front). and another off of Elkins St. (rear). You can park in either.
At the Church
We will reserve the small 9-space lot, located just off the church yard for anybody needing to park close.
